Rafał Grędziszewski, Prezes Zarządu
He moved to Edenred from Brand Loyalty, where he headed a Polish branch and managed an international team designing and implementing loyalty programs in the largest retail chains in Poland. Previously, he worked for 4 years in PAYBACK, where he was responsible for the creation and management of a multi-partner loyalty program addressed to the SME sector. Before joining PAYBACK, he gained his experience at Groupon as a Regional Sales Director, to which he moved from Polskie Centrum Marketingowe, that was a leader on the call/contact centre market, where after passing through all managerial levels, he held the position of a Branch Director.
He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Anna Derlacka, CFO
She has been the CFO of EDENRED since 2012. In 2005-2009, she gained experience in KPMG by participating in, among others, IPO projects, and the auditing of financial statements of stock exchange listed companies and capital groups. The next three years were spent working with Centrum Development and Investments, a part of Eastbridge Group, where she was responsible for preparing stand-alone and consolidated financial statements.
She is a graduate of the Finance and Banking Department of the Warsaw School of Economics.
Tomasz Małecki, Sales Director
He has several years of experience in sales management. In recent years he was developing a Polish branch of the international In-Store Media group. The company, with his participation, was created from scratch and achieved a great position on the market. He managed the sales and marketing departments. At the same time, he was responsible for acquiring key business partners from the retail sector. As a co-founder of In-Store Media in Poland, he can be proud of numerous successful achievements, both in team management and company development. He graduated from the IESE Business School in Barcelona with an MBA degree.
Izabela Supeł, Marketing Director
Since 2011 she has been responsible for all marketing activities in Edenred. Her duties include the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for dedicated solutions in the Non-Financial Incentives and Business Loyalty categories. She has experience in marketing on the B2B and B2C markets.
She is a graduate of Post-Graduate Marketing and Strategy Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Tomasz Pieszczurykow, IT Manager
A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology with over a dozen years of experience in areas of IT, logistics and marketing. He joined Edenred in 2015. He is responsible for comprehensive management of the IT area: team, infrastructure, services and cooperating partners. He is a master in good orgnization and productivity as well as in effective communication of sophisticated technical and business matters.
Agnieszka Ekielska, Customer Care Manager
She joined the Edenred Polska team in 2011 as a Customer Care Manager. She is responsible for all operational and logistics processes related to vouchers and prepaid cards.
She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive operational Customer service, in particular, in regard to prepaid cards. She takes care to ensure the highest quality of Customer service at Edenred.
