Bertrand Dumazy - Chairman and Chief Executive of Edenred
Bertrand Dumazy is a graduate of ESCP Europe with an MBA from Harvard Business School. He started his career in 1994 as a consultant with Bain & Company, first in Paris and later in Los Angeles. He then worked as the Investment Director of BC Partners in 1999 before founding Constructeo. In 2002, he joined the Neopost group. Initially head of Marketing and Strategy, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neopost France in 2005 and then Chief Financial Officer for the Neopost group in 2008.
In 2011, he became Chairman and CEO of Deutsch, a world leader in high performance connectors, a position he held until the group was acquired by TE Connectivity. In 2012, he joined Materis as Senior Vice-President and then CEO and eventually Chairman and CEO of Cromology.
In October 2015, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Edenred group.
Gilles Coccoli - Chief Operating Officer, Brazil
Gilles Coccoli studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (United States) and HEC. He began his career in 1994 as an auditor for Arthur Andersen. He joined Edenred Brazil in 1997 as Project Director, and then became Director for Finance and Technology. In 2007, he was appointed Managing Director of Edenred Turkey; two years later, he was chosen to head PrePay Solutions, Edenred’s European authorization and redemption platform. In 2012, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development. In 2013, he became Chief Operating Officer of Edenred Brazil.
Arnaud Erulin - Chief Operating Officer, Northern Europe, Central Europe, France and Belgium
Arnaud Erulin is a graduate of European Business School and has an MBA from ESCP Europe. He started his career with Ticket Restaurant® France in 1993. He then held various management positions and, in 2003, became Director of International Marketing and Corporate Communications for Accor Services.
In 2004, he was appointed Managing Director of Accor Services, Hungary. In 2009, he took charge of the Group's Central Europe and Scandinavia region and joined the Executive Committee of Accor Services, which became Edenred in 2010.
Between 2014 and 2016, he was also responsible for overseeing operating synergies with UTA.
He was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Northern Europe, Central Europe, France and Belgium in 2016.
Diego Frutos - Chief Operating Officer, Hispanic & North America
Diego Frutos holds a degree in Information Technologies and an MBA from the IAE Business School of Buenos Aires. He began his career in 1989 as an IT programmer and analyst for various companies in Argentina. He joined Accor Services Argentina in 1995 as Product Manager for Ticket Car and Business Development Director. He moved to Edenred Mexico in 2006, serving first as Director of the Expense management business and then as Sales Director in 2009. In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of Edenred Mexico. Since 2014, he has been in charge of Hispanic & North America.
Graziella Gavezotti - Chief Operating Officer, Southern Europe
Graziella Gavezotti is a graduate of IULM University in Milan and has a degree in psychology from La Jolla University (Rijeka, Croatia). She joined Jacques Borel in 1976, opening the Italian subsidiary, where she launched Ticket Restaurant®.
She successively became Sales Director in 1976, Sales and Marketing Director in 1981, General Manager in 2001 and Chair and Managing Director in 2006. In 2012, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Southern Europe. Since 2013, she has also acted as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Vinci SA.
Laurent Pellet - Chief Operating Officer, Asia-Pacific and Middle East
Laurent Pellet is a graduate of IDRAC International School of Management (France) and PMD, Harvard Business School.
He began his career with the Accor group as an internal auditor in 1995. He became Managing Director of Accor Services's Hungarian subsidiary in 1999 and of its Venezuelan subsidiary five years later. He was then appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Southern Europe and South Africa zone in 2007. Since 2012, he has been in charge of Edenred's Asia-Pacific and Middle East zone.
Patrick Bataillard - Executive Vice President, Finance
Patrick Bataillard is a graduate of EM Lyon with a Diploma in Accounting and Finance (DECF). He began his career at Ernst & Young in 1986. Four years later, he joined CCMX (Concept group) where he held several jobs. In 1998, he joined Norbert Dentressangle as a financial controller, before becoming Chief Financial Officer of the Transport division in 2000. In 2001, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Norbert Dentressangle group and Executive Board member in charge of support functions. Following the acquisition of Norbert Dentressangle by US group XPO Logistics, Patrick Bataillard acted as Chief Financial Officer for the group until 2015.
In November 2015, he became Executive Vice President, Finance for Edenred Group.
Philippe Dufour - Executive Vice President, Alternative Investments
Philippe Dufour has an MBA from London Business School and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Aix-en-Provence. He began his career in 1989 as Director of the Rhône Poulenc production unit in New Zealand. He became Regional Director for Econocom in 1990 and for the IT engineering group Transiciel in 1993. In 1998, he joined the strategy consultancy Parthenon, first in the United Kingdom and later in the United States. In 2000, he founded PrePay Technologies in London, a company acquired by the Accor group in 2007. He remained its Chief Executive Officer until 2009. In 2010, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development for Edenred, before becoming Executive Vice President for Alternative Investments in 2012.
Antoine Dumurgier - Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development
Antoine Dumurgier is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace.
He started his career at the NASA Johnson Space Center as a test engineer in 1998, before going on to join the French Defense Procurement Agency (DGA). In 2001, he moved to the strategic consulting firm McKinsey, first as a consultant then as a project manager. In 2005, he became Director of Performance & Excellence Operations for DHL Express France. He joined Edenred in 2007, where he held a succession of positions within the French subsidiary, including Vice President for Human Services, Public Sector Sales and Marketing Director, and Digital Transition Director.
In 2013, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development. Since 2015, he has also been supervising strategic support for UTA and its development of new solutions.
Philippe Relland-Bernard - Executive Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs
Philippe Relland-Bernard has a DESS degree in international business law from Toulouse University's School of Social Sciences and a Master's Degree in international law from the Sorbonne.
He started his career in 1996 as a legal specialist for Eurest and then for Accor Services in 1999. In 2005, he was named Legal Affairs Director at Accor Services. Since 2009, he has been Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs, Tax and Insurance of Edenred and also Secretary for the Group's Board of Directors.
Jeanne Renard - Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility
Jeanne Renard has an engineering degree from the Grenoble Institute of Technology and is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Hydraulique et de Mécanique.
She started her career in 1999 as Finance Consultant for British Telecom. She then acted as Engagement Manager for IBM Business Consulting Services, in the Human Capital Management division.
In 2004, she joined the BearingPoint consultancy as Senior Manager. In 2010, she became Associate Partner with Oliver Wyman, where she played a role in the project to transform Accor Services into Edenred. She joined Edenred in 2011 as Deputy Director reporting to the Chairman and CEO and as General Secretary of the Executive Committee.
In April 2012, she was appointed Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Konstantinos Voyiatzis - Executive Vice President, Technology and Strategic Information Systems
Konstantinos Voyiatzis is a graduate of the Supélec engineering school and has a PhD from INRIA and the Paris IX Dauphine University. He began his career in 1982 at INRIA, working on research projects in the field of artificial intelligence. Then, he held various management positions at CAP SESA, Citroën and Sligos Group in the IT area. In 1995, he joined Essilor International as Information Systems Director, going on to become Information Systems Director for Essilor America. He became the Chief Information Officer at Nexans in 2008. In 2014, he joined Edenred as Executive Vice President, Technology and Strategic Information Systems.
